Belvidere Bridge Administrator (Part-Time)
Overview
The Belvidere Bridge Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the effective day-to-day administration of the Belvidere Bridge, a trust-wide alternative provision supporting vulnerable pupils across five secondary schools. The postholder will provide high-quality administrative support with a particular focus on attendance tracking, behaviour and rewards logging, communication with partner schools and parents, and the coordination of key documentation that supports pupil progress, safeguarding, and risk management.
This role is central to maintaining accurate records, promoting strong communication, and supporting positive outcomes for pupils accessing the Belvidere Bridge provision.
Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain accurate pupil attendance, behaviour and progress records

Liaise with partner schools and support communication with parents and carers

Assist with pupil admissions, transitions and review processes

Ensure safeguarding, risk assessment and pupil documentation is accurately maintained

Provide efficient administrative support to the Belvidere Bridge Lead and pastoral/SEND team
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Salary & Other Information
Job Title: Belvidere Bridge Administrator (Part-Time)
Hours: 17.5 hours per week. 8:30am – 12:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time + agreed additional days)
Grade and SCP: Grade 4
Hourly rate: £13.26
Location: Belvidere School, with liaison across Trust secondary schools
Reporting to: Heads PA - Office manager. Belvidere Bridge Lead - Assistant Headteacher/SENCO
