Megan Revell - CEIAG STL Lead 

As the Assistant Head overseeing careers education at our school, I am committed to ensuring that every student receives the guidance and support they need to make informed decisions about their future. We deliver careers education through tutor time Future Focus sessions, assemblies, PSHE lessons and within curriculum subject areas.  As part of this, students participate in numerous career-insight sessions and engage in Post-16/18 encounters, all designed to help them explore different pathways and make well-informed choices about their education and career journey.

Kim Weston - Careers Advisor

I am in school 1 day a week, working one to one or with small groups, to help with Post-16 career planning in education, employment or training. I offer impartial careers advice on all pathways and options. In addition to scheduled appointments, I have a drop-in sessions every lunchtime. 

Liz Gregory - Work Experience Coordinator 

I oversee Work experience for Year 10 and work alongside the rest of the careers team to ensure we are offering you an insight into the world of work and an invaluable experience. 

Michelle Lowe - Head of Year 11

I work to support Year 11 in as many aspects of their school life as I can, from pastoral support to behaviour. I will support students in finding apprenticeships, writing application forms, signing up to any post 16 events etc if they need me to. Pupils can approach me for support in any area.
