KS4 Belvidere Bridge Lead
Overview
Belvidere School is seeking to appoint an inspirational and committed KS4 Bridge Lead to coordinate and develop our internal alternative provision — The Belvidere Bridge — supporting KS4 students throughout their Key Stage 4 journey.
We are looking for an individual with high expectations, compassion, and strong communication skills, who can provide a calm, consistent presence for our most vulnerable learners. This role combines academic coordination, pastoral leadership, and family liaison — ensuring that every student in The Bridge experiences stability, belonging, and the ambition to succeed.
The successful candidate will embody the Belvidere values of Belong • Believe • Succeed and demonstrate the tenacity to do “whatever it takes” to help pupils re-engage, rebuild confidence, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

The KS4 Bridge Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate teaching and support, and foster positive behaviour, engagement, and achievement — preparing pupils for successful reintegration or post-16 transition.
