Here you’ll find login links, guides, and helpful tips for using our main platforms – Go4Schools for timetables and progress tracking, Sparx Learning for English, Maths and Science homework and revision, and Office 365 for emails, documents, and your files. 

Office 365

Office 365 is a suite of online tools from Microsoft that helps you work, communicate, and stay organised – all in one place. At Belvidere School, all students have access to Office 365 to support their learning, both in and out of the classroom.

With Office 365, you can:

  • Check your emails using Outlook

  • Create and edit documents with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel – all online

  • Save and access your work anywhere using OneDrive

  • Work with classmates and teachers through Microsoft Teams

You can log in from any device using your school email address. Whether you're completing assignments, collaborating on a project, or asking your teacher a question, Office 365 keeps everything connected and in one place.

How to Access Office 356

All students at Belvidere School have access to Office 365, which includes tools like Outlook (email), Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.

To log in:

Open a web browser and go to https://office.com

Click on the “Sign in” button.

Enter your Belvidere School email address then your usual school password.

Once logged in, you’ll see the Office 365 dashboard where you can access all your apps and files.

 

 

Go4Schools

 Go4Schools is an online platform we use at Belvidere School to help students and parents stay informed about school life and learning progress.

Through the Go4Schools website, students can:

  • View their timetable and lesson schedule

  • Check homework and classwork tasks

  • Track assessment data and view progress reports

We use Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), which means students log in using their Belvidere School Office 365 account – no separate password needed. Please note that Go4Schools must be accessed via a web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone.

⚠️ Important: The Go4Schools mobile app does not work with our login system and is not supported. Please use a web browser to access your account.

How to login to Go4Schools

Students at Belvidere School can access Go4Schools to check their timetable, homework and progress.

To log in:

Open a web browser and go to the Go4Schools website: https://www.go4schools.com

Click on the “Student Login” button.

Select “Sign in with Microsoft"

Enter your Belvidere School email address then your usual school password.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to access your personal dashboard with all your school information.

 

Sparx Learning

 At Belvidere School, we use Sparx Learning to support students in three key subjects: Sparx Maths, Sparx Reader, and Sparx Science. These platforms provide tailored, interactive learning activities designed to build knowledge, boost confidence, and develop independent study skills.

Sparx Maths – Personalised weekly homework and practice tasks to reinforce classroom learning, with video support and instant feedback.

Sparx Reader – A guided reading programme that helps students build reading habits, comprehension, and vocabulary, with quizzes and progress tracking.

Sparx Science – Structured practice and revision tasks aligned with the curriculum to support understanding of key scientific concepts.

Students log in using their Belvidere School Office 365 account through Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) — no extra passwords required.

How to login to Sparx Learning

Students at Belvidere School can access Sparx Maths, Sparx Reader, and Sparx Science using their school Microsoft account.

To get started, go to the correct Sparx website:

Click the “Log into Sparx using Microsoft” button 

When prompted, enter your Belvidere School email address, then enter your usual school password.

You’ll be taken to your Sparx dashboard for that subject
